MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Custom-made orders cannot be canceled, and We accept order cancellation for only generic products that too before the product is processed.
  • We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:
  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN

  • To return an item, please email us at dastakjewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0303-4288484 with the return reason and order details. 
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.
  • In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
